Launched in March 2022, our Global Banking EMEA graduate programme is designed for ambitious and talented graduates looking to embark on a career in finance.
The programme, one of several CIB graduate offers, is designed to give young people exposure to a number of business areas on rotation, from Mergers & Acquisitions and Advisory services, to capital raising activities such as Debt Markets, Real Assets or Equity Capital Markets to name a few.
It also provides valuable international and cross-business exposure through a one-year pan-European experience, as well as learning, development and networking opportunities.
In a changing world, it’s our graduates who will shape the future. The Global Banking EMEA graduate programme is designed to maximise their learning experience, helping them to progress across the whole spectrum of the corporate banking world while having international exposure.

Nurturing our new talents
In February 2023, Global Banking EMEA will welcome a new cohort of 23 graduates from five countries, who will start their journey with a two-week induction delivered by the BNP Paribas Investment Banking Academy at Louveciennes.
