The purpose of the general conditions (hereinafter the “General Conditions”) is to govern the conditions of access, use and operation of the cib.bnpparibas website by any user accessing it (hereinafter the “User”) to the exclusion of any other conditions except those specifically mentioned in these General Conditions. The purpose of the cib.bnpparibas website is to provide information about BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking, its businesses, expertise, solutions, services, and market insights.

In case of modification of the Terms and Conditions, BNP Paribas S.A. will indicate on the cib.bnpparibas website the date of the update of the Terms and Conditions.

In particular, the User may not modify, copy, reproduce, download, disseminate, transmit, commercially exploit and/or distribute in any way the content of cib.bnpparibas‘ website or any of its elements without the prior written authorization of BNP Paribas S.A. on a case-by-case basis.

The User undertakes not to damage or attempt to damage cib.bnpparibas in any way and not to use any software or any form of computer program to access or make available any protected content, to make cib.bnpparibas unavailable, to disassemble or decompile cib.bnpparibas or any part thereof, or to perform any reverse engineering operation, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
