Careers in finance: Global Banking EMEA graduate programme
The programme offers graduates a dynamic way to jumpstart a career in finance, with rotations across business areas and international exposure.
This year, BNP Paribas CIB welcomed around 400 graduates from various backgrounds worldwide within our main businesses – Global Markets, Global Banking – and Technology.
This comprehensive 12 to 24-month programme offers our graduates an immersive journey, working closely with senior experts and industry partners while gaining valuable on-the-job experience with a choice between rotational and non-rotational programmes.
Throughout the programme, they have access to continuous training and dedicated HR career support to help rapidly develop new skills, take on responsibilities and enhance visibility to jumpstart their careers in the banking and finance industry. They can also benefit from a range of devoted sustainability training initiatives.
Multiple networking opportunities are on offer across the Bank to meet and connect with peers, managers and experts while developing knowledge of BNP Paribas’ culture and business areas.
