Hervé Duteil, Chief Sustainability Officer at BNP Paribas Americas is profiled in Euromoney
Magazine’s champions of global impact banking feature. He explains how adapting
his trading experience helped to grow the sustainable finance movement in the
Americas.
This included establishing training programs aimed at embedding
sustainability perspectives into the business decisions of banking teams. He
was also instrumental in a recent Social Impact Bond for Connecticut, in which financial returns are
linked to the success of a social community programme.
